Before proceeding with any remapping we always carry out a full diagnostic health check to ensure the vehicle is in the correct state of health and no current engine issues are present.
Here for example was a Jaguar 2.2 Xf 2015, when we arrived the batteries health was at 38% which is no good for ECU flashing, we then proceeded to charge the battery back up to 93% health then switch to diagnostic mode to complete the Stage 1 Remap that was required.
